SERVICE IN FRANCE. ABOUT 350,000 MEN. Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Beceived September 10. 640 p.m.) London, September 10. The War Office has accepted in principle the offer of the volunteer training corps to raise battalions for special service in France. The terms and the work to be undertaken have not yet been settled. About 1000 corps are available, representing about 300,000 men.
