TURKISH REINFORCEMENTS ARRIVE AT BULAIR.
COMMANDERS. REGARD THIS AS CRITICAL POINT. (Received September 10, 11 p.m.) Amsterdam, September 9. Turkish troops from the Caucasus have arrived at Bulair, which the German and Turkish commanders regard as the critical point. They fear that the allies will sooner or later capture this, rutting off the armies in Gallipoli.
