TURKEY MAKES CONCESSION TO BULGARIA.
DEDEAGATCH RAILWAY TO BE HANDED OVER. ' ' ■ STRIP OF TERRITORY ALONG THE MARITZA. Sofia, September 9. The Premier of Bulgaria, M. Radoslavoff, announced to an interviewer that a' Turco-Bulgariari agreement for the cession of the Dedeagatch railway had' been concluded. The agreement includes a strip of territory one and a-quartcr miles deep along the left bank of the Maritza. Bulgaria will take occupation in ten days.
