TRAINING OF RECRUITS.
SUSPENDING OTHER WORK. (Received September 9, 9-5 p.m.) Melbourne, September 9. Senator Pearce, Minister for Defence, has announced that the training of citizen forces and senior cadets in the Commonwealth will bo suspended for three months from October 1 in order that the instructional staff will be available for training recruits for the expeditionary forces.
