SUPPLY OF SMALL ARMS.
NEW FACTORY AT CANBERRA. (Received September 9. 9-5 p.m.) Melbourne, September 9. Mr. W. M. Hughes, Federal Attorney-General, has announced that while the war continues the small arms factory will remain at Lithgow, but that the building of a new factory at Canberra will proceed.
