Paris, August 15. The Echo de Paris, in an inspired note, says that- the TurcoBulgarian pourparlers, intended to render Bulgaria immobile bv raising hopes of the cession of Murtapba Pasha, Adrianople and the DedeaBatch Railway, have been broken off. Moreover, the realisation of the Bulgaria!, loan, which the German banks declared they had subscribed, is meeting with serious difficulties.
