APOLOGY TO SWEDEN.
SHELL WENT ASTRAY.
London, July 6. Russia has apologised to Sweden for the fact that a shell passed over Ostergarn in the recent naval fight and dropped 200 yds from the shore. It is explained that it was due to the fog misleading the gunners, or the accidental ricochet of either a Russian or German shell.
