THE DACIA'S CARGO.
DECISION OF PRIZE COURT.
Paris, July 6. The Dacia's cargo has been condemned by the Prize Court.
The Dacia sailed from the United States for Germany soon after the German Government had taken control of all wheat sunnlies. The allied warships kept a sharp watch for her in order to bring her cargo into a Prize Court, and test the contention that in view of the Government monopoly of supplies all wheat for Germany should be considered contraband. She was captured by a French warship and taken to a French port.
