BAYSWATER PRIZE NIGHT.
The Bayswater Boating Club held its - first annual prize distribution -at the .residence of the commodore, * Mr. H. H. Bach, on Thursday evening. • ' There was a good attendance of members : and . visitors The commodore presided, and presented the Prizes. Representatives were present from.. North Shore. Richmond, Victoria Cruising Clubs, and the New Zealand Power-boat Association. During the evening tho secretary, Mr. C. W. Tenpett, was ■ the recipient of a presentation from Hie members of the club as a slight' appreciation of services .rendered to the club. An excellent musical programme was provided, the contributors being:— E. Hocking, Bach, Ward (2), Forsyth, Messrs. C. W. Tep'pett, Hart, McLennan, R. Booth. A. H. Bently, H. Pcarce, and I. A. Goodwill. At the conclusion the vice-commodore, Mr.- E. J- Fenn, took the opportunity of thanking Mr. and Mrs. Bach for their kindness on that occasion, and also to the valuable assistance Mr. Bach had given in carrying out his duties as commodore. *
