PROBABLE NEW LINE. [JIT TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION".] Wellington, Friday. It is stated that Messrs. Burns, Philp. and Co., the importing and shipping firm of Australia, are about to establish a branch in New Zealand.,
A Press Association message from Wellington, published on March 29, stated that it was understood that it was probable that a new direct ".ine of steamships would be established between Japan and New Zealand in the near future. The message also stated that Messrs. Burns, Philp and Co. (acents for the Nippon Yusen Kaishn line) had registered their company in New Zealand.
