At the Criterion Theatre this morning 109 sections in the township of Kerepeehi were offered for sale, but only two out of the number found purchasers. Section 10, of Block VII., 10 acres, was purchased by R. Hume for £285, and Section 11, also 10 acres, was bought at the upset price of £250 by Henry S. Hill. Mr. Cumming, of the Land Board staff, acted as auctioneer. Fifty-two sections in the village of Patetonga were passed in, and also 31 sections in the village of Kaihere.
