London, August 12. A survivor from H.M.S. Amphion, which struck a mine and sank with 130 hands, after chasing the Koenigen Luise, states that there were two distinct explosions- The first tore open the bows of the cruiser, and the second ripped up her side. Many who perished were asleep in their bunks.
