AUCKLAND PRESBYTERY.
The Auckland Presbytery met. last evening, the moderator, the Rev. C. Porter, of Papatoetoe, presiding. Permission was granted to tho Otahnhu Presbyterinri Church to borrow £450 for tho purpose of erecting . a new brick church. The price of tho now church, it was Mated, would bo £1400, towards which amount the parishioners had in hand £765, while in addition it was proposed to raise £185 by subscriptions.
