MANY RAILWAY WASHOUTS. By Telegraph— Association—Copyright. (Received Juno 28, 5.5 p.m.) 4 New York, June 27, Labge sections of Wisconsin, Minnesota, and lowa have been devastated by the third violent storm within a week. Many railway washouts havo occurred.
The water in some towns rose to 4ft deep in the streets. Wide areas the qountry are buried under sand and mud from the flooded rivers.
