ATTAINMENT INEVITABLE.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives (Mr. Champ ( Clark) told a deputation from the National Women's Suffrage Association yesterday that the attainment of the suffrage was as inevitable as the rising of the sun. For a thousand years men had been trying to run the world. Some think they had made ft failure of it. He hoped that when women came to run it they would improve it.
