[BY telkoraj"!.— correspondent.
CirRiSTCrruRCH, Thursday. The annual communication of the Masonic Grand Lodge was concluded this morning with a sitting of two hours, devoted to business only of Masonic interest.
The Grand Lodge will reopen at Weiington in May of next year.
Notices of motion handed in for next communication include one for the transfer of £2000 from the benevolent fund to tho annuity fund; and others provide for subdivision into two of the present Auckland and Wellington Masonic provinces.
One interesting feature of the proceedings of the session was the presentation of a purse of sovereigns—subscribed by the lodges of the Dominion—to the grand secretary (M.W. Bro. Niccol), who starts off in the course of two or. three weeks for a holiday trip to the Old Country.
