The annual meeting of the Post and Telegraph Football Club was held in the reading room on Tuesday, when the following officers were elected:— Mr. A. M. Myers; president. Mr. F. J. Chrisholm; vicepresidents. Messrs. H. G. McCrea, J. E. Green. J. Bleakly. Richards, W. R. Fletcher. M. Stichbury, O. Cook. T. Aitken, P. Clark, P. Harwood, F. G. Gannaway, C. Parker, W. Scutt, W. Ladley, A. I. Flett. G. Rudd, and J. J. Kearney; management committee, Messrs. Courtney, Cole, Bristol, Tremain, Lindrum, Warner, Dickey, Seldon, and L. B. Aitken; club captain, Mr. J. Courtney; secretary and treasurer, Mr. L. Jones. Owing to the large number of new players it was decided to enter a second and third grade team in the competitions this season. The club is to affiliate with the Fonsonby Club.
