AIRSHIP FOR THE NATION.
APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Received December 12, 6.55 p.m.) London, December 12. The Britannia Airship Committee, which was responsible for the gift of New Zealand's aeroplane, is appealing for £15,000 to build and equip an airship to carry 12 persons on a voyage of 1600 miles at full speed for presentation to the na'tion.
