NO CAUSE OF QUARREL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright New York, December 11. The United States is determined to have no cause of quarrel with Britain or any other country, declared Mr. W. J. Bryan (Secretary of State), in a speech yesterday at the annual dinner of the Canadian Club. Mr. Bryan hoped the day was, coming when the disagreements of all nations would be settled by reason.
