DISCOVERY IN A CANAL. » By Telegraph— Association— (Beceivod December 12. 11.10 p.m.) London, December 12. The body of a well-dressed woman tied with ropes and enclosed in a sack has been found in a canal near Livorpool. The indications are that it is a carefully-planned murder.
