NEW ZEALAND BUTTER.
OREGON IMPORTATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received December 13, 1i.16 a.m.) New York, December 12. The dairy food commissioner, after six months' investigation, has laid evidence before the Grand Jury at Portland (Oregon), showing that numbers of creameries sell under the Oregon brand imported New Zealand butter. The commissioner states that 40,000 pounds of Now Zealand butter has been imported into Oregon since November 1. Of this total only half has been sold as imported butter.
