GENERAL HUERTA.
PURE INDIAN DESCENT. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Receivod December 12, 6.55 p.m.) London, December 12. General Huerta, says the Mexican correspondent of the Times, .• is of pure Indian descent and is proud of the fact. His ability, which is undoubtedly remarkable, is closely allied to cunning. It is universally believed that he is a heavy drinker. His breakfast consists of a raw egg in a glass of claret and brandy. Though 69 years of age, ho is a man of powerful frame and vigorous constitution. He confides in nobody. He summons his Ministers at all hours of the day or night, and_ gives his orders. If the Ministers argue, they are at once dismissed.
