At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. C. C. T Kettle, S.M., orders for immediate payment, under penalty of imprisonment, the t orders to be suspended for various .periods, were, made in the following judgment ; summons cases :—M. O'Connor v. W. H. Hutson (Queen Street),' £15 03 6d;- A. Stephens v. A. J. Hastie (Kingsland), £14 13s 9d; Auckland Drivers' Union v. E. Rae (Auckland), £1 13s 6d j A. Peebles- v. Charles Clayton (Auckland), £25 15s; C. Taylor v. B. Flewellyn (Grey Lynn), £16; Gillies and Sharpless v. Gordon Hikairo Forbes (Kawhia), £3 10a 7d.
