This means that the payment for shares, assuming that tho . ivlmle amount per sharo is called up, -will ' extend over a period of at least 18 months. The company is to acquire a property of 2220 acres known as " Tikorangi." situated r on the Whangarci Harbour, also a property " at I'e Mata Point, containing a deposit of * whito limestone, also to take over the right f to receive hydroelectric power at a maxi- ] mum price of £9 per h.p. _i>er annum.
