In mining lines, Talismans were firm at 38s 6d, buyers offering 37s Cel. Wailiis were in demand at 345, closing sellers asking 34s 3d. For Wuihi Grand Junctions 21s 9d was offered, but seller.'i hold for 225. Strong demand set in for Waiotahis, some thousands changing hands at the first two calls at a slight advance on tho previous day's prices. Sales wero effected at from 3s to 3s 3d to 3s Id, more being offered at tho same rate, with buyers at 3s. KuranuiCaledonians sold at Is 4d, Occidentals at Is 6d, and New Sylvias at Is 3*l.
