DISPUTE ABOUT A PIANO.
Ffn.vitixo was concluded before Mr. C. C. Kettle. P.M., at the Magistrate's Court yesterday of the claim for £12 10s, brought by Sidney Ashdown, of Richmond, against Frederick Moore and Company, piano warehouse men. of Auckland. The case, arose in connection with the deposit paid on a. piano. After hearing the evidence the magistrate remarked that the case, to his mind, was perfectly clear, and judgment would be given for the defendants. The plaintiff, he continued, had evidently acted with all honesty in the matter. No costs woro asked for.
