MANY SMALL SECTION. Several small areas of land aro to be opened to tho public during the present month. Lots 4 and 5, Blocks VIII. and VII. respectively, Matamata, each of one rood, will l>e. sold by public, auction 011 November 15. The upset prices are £40 and £50 respectively. Section 237, To Puna Parish, a landing reserve, which consists of one acre, five perches, is offered for lease by public tender. The term is for 14 years, the, minimum annual rental £1 10s, and tenders close on November 15. On Monday, November 25, section 24, Block XII. Ilukerenui S.D., of 62 acres, and section 1, Block VII., liangaunu S.D., of 133 acres, will be made available for application for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for renewable lease. The sections, which are of second-class land, aro priced at £40 and £100 respectively. Two other areas of second-class land, section 8. Block 111.. Hukerenui S.D., of 276 acres, with an annual rental of £11 12s, and section 42, Block XV., Oliiuemuri S.D.. of 85 acres, with an annual rental of £4 16s, will be offered | under the renewable lease system on the I same day. Sections 223 and 226, grouped, suburban land in Kaiwaka, with a total area of 24 acres two roods, are to be sold by public auction on November 29, the upset price being £175. An important sale by public auction of town kinds has been fixed to take place at. the Courthouse, Paeroa, 011 December 6. In all 109 sections, ranging in area from six perches to one acre, one rood', 32 perches, and totalling 23 acres, one rood, 33 perches, will bo offered. Upset prices vary from £5 to £160 per section. Seventythree sections of villago land at Waitanguru, with a total .area of 60 acres, two roods, 20 perches, with upset prices of from £4 to £25, will bo offered for sale bv public auction at To Kuiti on Januaiy 17, 1913. . Finally, lot 14. Block VIII., Orahiri S.D., of two roods 24 perches, with an upset price of £50, will be sold on the same day at the same place. 1 1
