WHAT WRECKED THE QUEBEC BRIDGE? _ By Telegraph.—Pr«« Association.—Copyright. j Montreal, February 27. The police authorities are conducting an exhaustive investigation into the destruction of the Quebec Bridge in 1907. The theory now is that the bridge was blown up with dynamite by labour agitators, a crime similar to that of the - McNamaras at Los Angeles. The contractors were the Phoenix Bridge Company, the concern which has suffered the heaviest from alleged labour outrages.
