TREATMENT OF ROSS RIFLE
By Telegraph.—rresi Association.—Copyright. Ottawa, February 27. The announcement is made by Mr. Hughes, Minister for Militia, that no Canadian team will compete at Bisley in 1912 unless the National Rifle Association changes the rules regarding the Ross rifle. Canadian riflemen, says the Minister, have been subjected to various annoyances in the Old Country since the Ross rifle attained its present high state of efficiency.
