Reports of the casualties of the Italian bombardment at Beirut, where two Italian warships sank a Turkish war vessel and a torpedo boat, show the killed and wounded to be as follows :— Killed. Wounded. On Turkish warships ... 22 ■— Inhabitants of Beirut ... 36 56 Total .« '.58 56 The twenty-two killed on the Turkish warships included two officers. Among those wounded were some Russians. "MUNITIONS'* CARGO SEIZED. TURKISH STEAMER, TAKEN. Rome, February 27. A steamer conveying 250 tons of munitions for the Turks in Tripoli was captured by an Italian cruiser in Sicilian waters.
