TWO-SEAS NAVY FOR FRANCE. By Telegraph.— Association.— Paris, February 26. M. Lanessan urges tho doubling of the fleet owing to the necessity for facing the German fleet in the North Sea and the Italian and Austrian fleets in the Mediterranean. Several Paris newspapers are promoting national subscriptions and fetes for the creation of a large aerial navy.
