A bomb killed the commander of the tpops. 1 ' Five foreign gunboats are protecting Hankow.
A previous cablegram from Pekin, dated October 10, stated .that a band of revolutionaries at Hankow planned to sieze Wuchang, and that 28 members of the ,band were arrested. The ringleaders, four in number, it was added, were beheaded.
