A ROUGH TIME AT SEA.

The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Wafd) sent a wireless message to-night stating that the Ruapehu is encountering rough, boisterous weather, and will probably not arrive before 10 o'clock on Friday night. The reception committee meets to-morrow to discuss what alteration will be necessary in the reception arrangements. A VISION OF THE FUTURE. [by TELEGRAPH.— correspondent.} Wellington, Wednesday. ♦'The Ruapehu is rapidly nearing our shoxxis,"- said Mr. Russell in the House of Representatives this evening. "In the course of two or three days that spirit of calm peace and amiability which has reigned over this august Chamber will disappear. Then the fun will become fast and furious."
