SHIPPING LOADLINE.

■ London, April 13. Denmark, Sweden, and the Netherlands have joined Britain, France, and Germany in reciprocally recognising the load marks of each. An international loadline is now virtually assured. The secretary of the Baltic and White Sea Conference states that the reduced capacity of vessels under the system will be about 10 per cent.
