CANNIBALISM IN AMBRYM.

Sydney, FeßYuary 21. News from Noumea states that while the ketch St. Joseph was recruiting in the Island of Voa, the natives ambushed -and shot down five of the ketch's native crew, three being fatally and the other 'two severely injured.
A report, from Ambrym, New Hebrides, states that cannibalism is again being practised there. Recently, after the funeral of a chief, his wives .were;butchered and eaten.
