NEWCASTLE MINERS' ALLOT.
LARGE MAJORITY IN FAVOUR.

, Sydney, February 21. The Newcastle miners' ballot resulted in 4029 votes being cast for and 1751 against the resumption of work.
The Full Court lias dismissed the appeal again.st the - conviction of a number of miners' officials recently lined £100 each, with the alternative of two months for instigating discontinuance of 'work by the men. The ground of the appeal was the uncertain wording of the charge.
