COLONIES AND THE LORDS.
PROPOSED REPRESENTATION.

London, December 5. Details of the suggestions of the Earl of Rosebery's committee on the reform of the House of Lords include a proposal that Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa should be represented in the deliberations of the House of Lords by nominees of the respective Governments.
It is suggested that the views of these Governments should be ascertained regarding ' the manner of securing some such arrangement.
