At the Police Court yesterday the Northern Boxing Association were charged, on the information of Mr. R. Maxwell, city building inspector, with allowing overcrowding in the dress-circle of His Majesty's Theatre on the occasion of the recent Tracey-Ross boxing contest, they being the occupiers of the building. The association were also charged with allowing a greater number to remain in the building than the licenser! number, viz., 1528. Alternative charges were laid against the secretary of the association (Mr. F. D. Yonge). The hearing- was adjourned until Saturday morning. The sale of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy extends to every part of the world. Does not this show conclusively that it is a Remedy of great merit?
