Mrs. Maria Hill sought to obtain from Win. Walker, labourer, Mount Eden, the possession of a. tenement in Cromwellstreet, Mount Eden, and also £22 as rent of same. Pulleri, expressed his willingness' to vacate the house, and stated that the reason he had not done so before was because a portion of the furniture was his.
