NATIVES ON THE RAND.
A LARGE INFLUX. By Telegraph—Fress Association.—Copyright.
Capetown, April 10. There are 25,000 more natives on the Rand than there were in 1907, due to the commercial stagnation and the crisis in the ' diamond industry.
The De Beers, Premier, and Jagersfontein mines have released 20,000 and the Central South African railways 17,500.
