Pekin, April 10. The incident at Mukden cabled on the 7th inst., and which led to the arrest of a number of Japanese by the United States Consul? originated in a quarrel between a Japanese postman and a Chinese servant. Four Japanese, apparently out oi private revenge, entered the American ConsulateGeneral at Mukden, and attacked the native staff. The Consul-O-enera!, Mr. Wiilavrl I).
