COMPANY WOUND UP. By Telegrath.— Association.—Copyright. (Received January 15, 11-55 p.m. London, January 15. At the instance of a shareholder, and with the consent of all parties, Mr. Justice Neville has ordered the compulsory winding up of the new Druce-Portland Company. The petitioner declared that the promoters had acted in a bona-fidc manner, and honestly throughout, and were anxious that subscribers should be reimbursed fully. Mr. F. Smith, for the promoters, said that the latter had never suspected that Mr. George Hoilaraby Druce did not represent the elder branch of the family.
