A NURSES' DINNER.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN COIIRESI'OXDEXT.] Wellington', Tuesday. A nurse's dinner was held in Wellington to-night, and largely attended, only women being present. The chairwoman was a distinguished nurse, who is a friend of Lord .Roberts, and who wears a medal for nursing under fire in India. She i." now the wife of a Wellington doctor. The nurses appeared at. the dinner in uniform, and a few lady guests in evening dress. Several speeches were made.
