Mr. A. F. - Wilding (says our London correspondent) has continued to carry all before him in the lawn tennis world of Lyons. The tournament on the covered courts of the Tennis Club de Lyon was continued, when," in round two of the gentlemen's champion doubles, A.. F. Wilding and K. Powell disposed of " H. T. Royle " and E. Godfreo for 6—o, 6—o- ■ In : the; semi-final ■'.round the same victors walked over, E. Cozan and A. Kimmerling being scratched, and in the final round (which took place on a Sunday) Wilding and Powell - were - victorious over -M. Germot and D. P. Rhodes, 3— ,6—3, 2—6, 6—l, 6—l/ In the semi-final: round: of the gentlemen's chamoionshio singles Mr. A. F. Wilding - (holder) defeated Mr. D. P. Rhodes by two sets to love (6—2, 6—o), and in the final round Wilding, who was; playing well, disposed of his opponent (M..
