LANDSLIP AT WELLINGTON.
WORKMEN'S NARROW ESCAPE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION*.] Wellington*, Friday. A slight accident occurred at a tunnel today at which some men were engaged in repairing the Wainui-o-mata water supply. Through the rain causing a further fall of earth three workmen had a narrow escape, all being slightly injured. The rain caused a slight flood on the Island Bay tramway, and traffic had to be stopped.
