a ~ London, May 7. Mr. Bent (Premier of Victoria) yesterday inspected the Covent Garden methods of dealing with fruit and vegetables. He is hopeful of securing from the London County Council land in the Strand for the erection of a Victorian agency office," where financial and other business may be transacted. He ;is continuing his negotiations, with the banks with respect to the inscription of loans. .
