THE ACTION AGAINST BISHOP NEVILL.
By Telegraph.— ; Association.— ■. - London, May .7. In its final form the judgment given against Bishop Nevill, of Dunedin, is that he is liable to the extent of up to £10,000 of the money left at his disposal by his' first wife's will and codicil. ' '
The claim is made by the executors of the late Mr. Penny for the recovery of £10,000 due on a bond signed by the Bishop on his marriage in 1863.
