ITS ENERGY AND ENTERPRISE

London, January 27. In accepting the freedom of the City of Glasgow on Saturday, Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman eulogised the energy and enterprise of the municipality, and indicated the willingness of Parliament to strengthen the hands of the local authorities in dealing with matters of health.
