Mr. R. H. Bligh, the travelling lecturer of the Australasian White Cross League, concluded his 11 months' campaign in New Zealand by addresses in the Assembly Hall, Rotorua, on Sunday last. In the afternoon he spoke to women only ; in the evening to men. There were excellent audiences. A vote of thanks was accorded Mr. Bligh,'on the motion of the Rev. ,F. Stubbs, seconded by the Rev. W. H. Burgoyne. Mr. Bligh left for Sydney by the Manuka last evening^
