(Received September 18, 10.16 p.m.) Berlin, September 18. A special Royal train from Russia passed through Berlin for Brussels and Paris yesterday.

According to two Berlin newspapers, it contained several Grand Dukes and Duchesses who arc migrating to escape assassination. FOUR DAYS' RECORD. THE KILLED AND WOUNDED. COURTS-MARTIAL BUSY. Official telegrams announce that during the four days ending Saturday last, eight soldiers, policemen, and officials, and 88 private individuals, had been killed, while seven soldiers, policemen, and officials, and 133 private persons had been wounded in armed encounters in Russia.

Seven mansions and 81 houses had been burned.

Twenty-six persons had been sentenced to death by courts-martial, and 17 to penal servitude. Sixteen soldiers and police, and four civilians had been killed during robberies, and eight killed in disturbances in the prisons.

The crime was followed by a strong remonstrance from the German Government, and the negotiations regarding the matter are still proceeding. ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION, A GENERAL SHOT. (Received September 18, 10.16 p.m.) St. Petersburg, September 18. An unknown assailant wounded General Doroskevesky with a revolver yesterday. The wounded officer is a member of the court-martial at Warsaw.
